Quotes, estimates and projects
Free estimates and quotes are based on the information and measurements available at the time and may change after an on-site measurement. Every project is governed by the written quote, invoice or agreement we provide for it, including its price, payment terms, schedule and warranty. If anything in that document conflicts with these Terms, that document controls for that project.
Communications
When you call us, message us on WhatsApp or social media, or submit a form on the Site, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, WhatsApp or email to respond to your request and to follow up on your project. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
Photos and content you send us
You may send us photos, plans or other materials about your project. You confirm that you have the right to share them, and you allow us to use them to prepare your quote and complete your project. We will not publish photos of your home or project that identify you or your address without your permission.
Our content
The Site and our social media accounts, including text, photos, videos, logos and designs, belong to Unlimited Shower Glass or to their respective owners and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with a link to the original. You may not copy, modify, sell or use our content or brand for commercial purposes without our written permission.
